Hunny Nut Butter Cookies
*Try crunchy nut-butter for a different texture!
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter or coconut oil
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup Sunnybo Hunny
1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg(room temperature, lightly beaten) or 1 ripe mashed banana
1.5 cups all purpose flour (your choice)
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. In a bowl, mix butter/coconut oil, peanut butter and Sunnybo Hunny. Add egg/ banana and mix well. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt; add to peanut butter mixture and mix well.
- Roll into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with a fork dipped in flour. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on wire racks.
